01Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

By registering an account on nak99a or using any services provided by the nak99a platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all Terms & Conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to register an account or use nak99a's services.

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "Player") and nak99a ("Platform", "We"). This agreement takes effect from the moment you complete the nak99a account registration process or from the moment you begin using any nak99a service, whichever comes first.

Nak99a reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, except in the case of material changes, which will be communicated to all registered members via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

02Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use nak99a's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and when using the nak99a platform.
• Must be a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident legally domiciled in Malaysia.
• Must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement as set out in these terms.
• Must not be listed on any self-exclusion programme or recognised gambling prohibition list.
• Not registering on behalf of another individual or providing false information during the registration process.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active nak99a account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, identification numbers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name as shown on your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address. nak99a reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of your MyKad, a recent utility bill as proof of address, and a Malaysian bank statement for verification and anti-money laundering compliance purposes.

03Deposits & Payment Methods

Nak99a accepts deposits via the following local Malaysian payment methods. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only:

All deposits are final once processed. nak99a does not charge any processing fees for deposits made via any of the above methods, although third-party service providers may apply their own charges. nak99a is not responsible for any fees imposed by your e-wallet or bank provider.

Nak99a reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit suspected of originating from an unlawful source, being linked to fraudulent activity, or violating any applicable law. In such cases, funds will be returned to their original source subject to a proper internal investigation.

04Withdrawal of Funds

Nak99a members may withdraw their account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions being met:

• Account identity verification (KYC) has been fully completed with valid documentation.
• There are no ongoing fraud investigations or terms violation proceedings against the account in question.
• All applicable bonus rollover requirements have been met in full prior to the withdrawal request being made.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.

Withdrawals are processed to a Malaysian bank account or Malaysian e-wallet registered in the same name as the nak99a account. nak99a does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, overseas bank accounts, or payment methods not supported by the platform.

Nak99a does not charge processing fees for standard withdrawals. However, for withdrawals exceeding three (3) times per day or in certain circumstances, nak99a reserves the right to impose a reasonable administrative fee as specified in the promotions section of the platform.

05Bonuses, Promotions & VIP Rewards Programme

Nak99a offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to registered members from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms stated in each respective promotion, as well as the following general conditions that apply to all nak99a bonuses:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, phone number, IP address, or household unless otherwise stated.
• The welcome bonus is exclusively available to new members making their first deposit — it does not apply to existing members who open a new account.
• The applicable rollover requirement (e.g. 10x, 15x, or 20x depending on the promotion) must be met in full before any withdrawal from the bonus balance is permitted.
• Bonus validity begins on the claim date — any bonus that expires will be automatically voided without compensation.
• Nak99a reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

The nak99a VIP Rewards Programme operates on a points system accumulated through real betting activity. VIP points are non-transferable between accounts, have no direct cash value, and expire after 12 months of account inactivity. 06Sports Betting Rules

The nak99a Sports Betting section — covering Malaysia Super League, EPL, BWF badminton, field hockey, and other sports — is subject to the following specific betting rules:

• All bets accepted and confirmed before a match begins are final and cannot be cancelled, except where match cancellation qualifies for a refund.
• In-play betting (placed while a match is in progress) is accepted and processed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed — odds may change at any point during the match.
• If a match is postponed and does not resume within 24 hours of the original start time, all bets will be voided and funds returned to the account balance.
• For half-time (HT) betting, the outcome is determined by the exact score at the half-time whistle — extra time does not count for half-time bets.
• Technical errors in odds display — such as odds that are clearly incorrect or unrealistic due to a system failure — entitle nak99a to void the affected bets and issue a full refund.

Minimum and maximum betting limits for each market are set by nak99a and are subject to change without prior notice. Lower limits may be applied to new accounts or accounts currently under review. nak99a reserves the right to decline, void, or restrict any bet without providing a reason where there are reasonable grounds to do so.

07Casino Games, Slots & Table Games

All casino games at nak99a — including slots, Live Casino, blackjack, baccarat, roulette, table games, and lottery — operate using a Random Number Generator (RNG) system independently audited to ensure genuine fairness and randomness for every game outcome.

• The Return to Player (RTP) for each slot game is as stated in the respective game information and may vary between 94% and 98% depending on the game provider.
• Winnings in Live Casino games with a live dealer are final once determined by the dealer and will be automatically credited to your account.
• Any technical interruption during gameplay — including internet disconnection or system failure on the player's end — does not void game results that have already been processed by the nak99a server.

• Notify nak99a immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation or if you notice any suspicious activity on your account.
• Keep your personal account information up to date whenever changes occur — including your phone number, email address, and bank details for withdrawals.

You also agree not to use any automated software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools designed to automate actions on the nak99a platform. Using any unauthorised method to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting is a serious violation of these terms.

09Account Suspension & Closure

Nak99a reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions, including registering multiple accounts or misusing bonuses.
• False verification or use of invalid identity documents during the KYC process.
• Activity suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or the financing of illegal activities.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by the member themselves or by an authorised family member.
• Confirmation that the player is under 21 years of age.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the nak99a support team via live chat or email. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Nak99a's maximum total liability to any member in any circumstance is limited to the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

Nak99a is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). nak99a's use of your personal data is governed by the nak99a Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

• Your personal data is collected for the purposes of account processing, identity verification, transaction processing, and improving your user experience.
• Nak99a does not sell or disclose your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
• You have the right to access, amend, and request deletion of your personal data by contacting the nak99a team via the official email address.

12Dispute Resolution

If you have any dispute relating to your account, a transaction, or a game outcome on nak99a, please follow the procedure below:

• Include full details such as your account ID, date, time, and a description of the dispute, along with any relevant supporting evidence such as screenshots.
